If an opponent tags in at the same time as Kenshi, the ambush will have absolutely no effect. If he needs to, his SP1 can drain their power for good measure. This could also help in buying Kenshi some time before his opponents strike with a strong special attack of their own.
This could help in dealing a lot of damage as DOTs take away a percentage of the victim's maximum health. On tag-in, Kenshi ambushes his opponent with an unblockable attack that sets them on fire, which deals damage-over-time and also drain a small portion of their power over time. Unlike his Balanced counterpart, this Kenshi trades off support for a little bit of offense.
